Pet Policy
Landry at Cross Creek Apartments is a pet friendly community. We welcome dogs and cats at a maximum full grown weight limit of thirty-five (35) pounds, and we allow two pets per apartment home. A Pet Deposit of $300.00, a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $350.00, and a Monthly Pet Rent charge of $25.00 will be assessed Per Pet.
Breed Restrictions do apply, so please contact the leasing office for specific details on the breed restrictions. All animals, regardless of the length of time they occupy the apartment home, must be registered with and approved by the leasing office, and all above mentioned pet costs will apply. We do not allow animals that have a history of being a direct threat to the health or safety of others or involved in significant property damage, regardless of the breed of the animal or if the animal serves as a request for a reasonable accommodation.
